A postage scale is recommended, but you can also take advantage of flat rate envelopes and boxes, such as the USPS Express Mail® Flat Rate Envelope.

UPShttp://www.ups.comOnce you've selected your country on the home page, click the Shipping tab at the top of the browser. Click the Register button to create an account and then get started creating a shipment. You also can quickly calculate time and cost.
FedExhttp://www.fedex.comSelect your country on the home page, then click Ship under the Package/Envelope Services tab at the top of the browser. You can prepare and manage shipments, get rates, order supplies and more. To start an account, click the Prepare and manage shipments link, then look for "Sign Up Now!"
